Who We Are?

About Us

We were born in a cattle business family that has been going on for more than 60 years. Cattle trading is our main field of business. We export cattle to the U.S. feedlots and some other to the Mexican feedlots. As the years have passed on, we have acquired some of the best ranches of the state of Chihuahua that are located in the northwestern part of Chihuahua state and have some of the biggest hunting land license of the state with a total of 8 ranches with the equivalent of more than 300 thousands of acres of private land and hunting license owned by the family.

Conservation and wildlife management is what brought us our attention. In 2011 we didn’t had any of our ranches registered and licensed for hunting, until some person that provided us nourishment for the cattle gave us the idea for licensing the cattle ranches for hunts. It took us 2 years too get them registered and licensed. In 2014 we had our first hunters, with a success of 100% harvested animal. The way we got our ranches register and licensed for hunting by the government is threw a UMA program, that it is a management program, where the private landowner and government work together for the conservation of wildlife. This program consists on making a study of the land and wildlife, where a biologist is involved, and a plan is made to manage wildlife. With this done, the government registers the ranch for hunting, sells us the permits to harvest the animals and sells of the tags for each animal of the UMA ranch register. This is how we get our permits done and registered.

Luis Marlo

Luis Marlo Hi, my name is Luis Marlo and I am the person responsible for this to happen. I got involved in this because when I finished studying Computer Systems Engineer, I got back home in 2011 and since then I have been getting more involved in ranch management and hunting, where wildlife was something that caught my attention. I saw that our ranches needed some management for wildlife and that’s why I am taking the task for this to happen.

I hope that you enjoy my website. I will be providing all kinds of information that I think is useful about hunting in this area, documents, contracts, licenses, and permits. Any other type of info that is needed, you can contact me at any time.
